Cup of Water Players began in 1994 with a small group of Actor/Singers who wanted to take quality musical theater to those who no longer could get out to enjoy it.  Our first musical theater show, based on “Guys & Dolls”, was completely rewritten and adapted to an hour in length and taken to Retirement & Convalescent Homes, Senior Groups, Church Groups and Women’s Clubs.  Averaging about 100 performances a year, we have also performed other shows based on “Oklahoma”, “Music Man”, My Fair Lady”, “Fiddler on the Roof”, “Good News” and “South Pacific”, reprising several of the Musical Shows through the years. In addition we have developed a patriotic show called "God Bless America" and also offer a Holiday Christmas Show.

Cup of Water Players is dedicated to sharing their talents and gifts.  We are an outreach non-profit organization which draws on talent from the South Bay/Los Angeles areas and churches.  Six talented musical actors bring their own sound equipment and operator, costumes and props to your location.  All they need is a performing area for 6 actors, an electrical outlet, a small table or cart for the sound equipment and 8 chairs.  Donations are accepted to defray production and travel costs.  Our shows last about one hour in length.
